I'm Not at My Usual Top Billing

It's 1:13 am on a Sunday. Most people in their right minds would be asleep, but me, no. No, not me. I feel like Freddie Mercury when he says the lyrics in 'I'm going Slightly Mad.' Not just one lyric, but all of the lyrics.
I feel that the mind is such a terrible thing to waste and that being up late when everyone is rocking in their cradle is the only time I can retreat to myself.

Sleep only is a time out for the brain other than dreaming, which is a whole other story for me on account that most of the time what I dream, comes true.

So recently, these past couple of days I was thinking, I'm really in to fashion and all of the PR and Art and competition, why not do something about it. I did. I realized that most performers make their clothing because they want to be different and have a style different than other performers and artists, like Lady Gaga, Justin Tranter and Semi Precious Weapons, Lady Starlight, and David Bowie.
After hearing Breedlove and seeing him perform with Lady Starlight, getting to know his songs and his rock 'n' roll cabaret sense of style, I got inspired. In my head I saw topless dancers, Liza Minnelli, glam rockers and a hot mess of depression and booze.
Right then and there I went to work. Since Breedlove is notorious for wearing custom made sweatshirts that him and Lady Starlight make, a nice sweatshirt for Breedlove was what I went to work to make.
Ok by Me,
Love on the Telephone,
Oh, Pierre,
NYC Rooftop,
A Date with Myself,
(for all of you, these 5 songs are written by Breedlove)
were all featured on this marvelous piece.

After I was done, I nice tweet to my fellow follower, Breedlove, was made and I have to say, HE LOVED IT!! :)

Who knew?? All I know is that I am SO HAPPY he loved it. Really, I hope he enjoys what I made for him, it's his style anyways.

Here's a Pic

Hello fellow Bloggers and People alike

Hello All!!

I know it has been a long time of not blogging and following up on anything, but I have been very very busy. I've been traveling, painting, writing, making clothing, discovering new music, working hard at U of M, and all around FINDING MYSELF.

Let me tell you, all of these things that I have been doing have been more than satisfying for my soul. I traveled back home to New York City on my 21st birthday, which was more than AMAZING! Hit multiple bars and clubs ranging from Midtown Manhattan all the way down to Rivington on the Lower East side. I don't think you can compare any city to New York because if it's great melting pot of people, culture, and style.

Shopping in NYC is without a doubt one of the best. You have Haute Couture down one street then bargain shops and street carts loaded with $1-$10 clothes and accessories. But why am I telling you this, you say? Because. Because I think people need to know that NYC may be expensive at times, may have rude people living there, and the cigarettes come close to $15 a pack, but it is filled with the most incredible art, fashion, diverse people, and all around city of great opportunity.

I always get inspired when I go back home to NYC, so much that I came back to boring old Michigan with another new outlook that without a doubt makes me a better person as an artist, student, and individual.
